Named in honor of a founding colleague, The Ken LaChance Colleague Emergency Fund provides direct support to teammates facing unexpected hardship. Whether due to natural disasters, medical emergencies, or personal loss, the fund embodies our belief that when one of us struggles, all of us show up.
Through this program, colleagues around the world have received critical aid when they’ve needed it most, showing proof that our culture of belonging and compassion isn’t just a value; it’s a promise.
