Introduction & Mutual Exploration - We start with conversation, no rigid commitments, just curiosity. If the fit feels right, we proceed under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Preliminary Assessment & Shared Vision - We dive into culture, capabilities, structure, and customer fit to shape a shared vision and high-level structure.

Formal Proposal & Letter of Intent - Within approximately three weeks after receiving materials, we aim to align on terms and issue a letter of intent.

Due Diligence & Agreement Finalization - Over the next 60–90 days, we jointly validate assumptions, refine integration plans, and finalize all transaction documents.

Closing & Integration - We close the deal and begin structured integration designed to protect customers, colleagues, and legacy strengths throughout the transition.
